Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the leather items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is protected from scuffs.

  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it to the outside of your package before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned goods, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
